Reflection – I see supervision as a container where you can take time to reflect on your practice. Being with you, I listen and mirror back what I hear from the story you present.
Creating a safe space where trust can develop is central to supervision. This work is open to a broad range of professionals, from psychotherapists, counsellors, and creative arts therapists to teachers, body workers, and artists.
Soulful – From alchemy, the Axiom of Maria reminds us that “one becomes two, two becomes three, and out of the third comes the one as the fourth.” Supervision invites both of us to reflect on your work, and through this reflection, new possibilities can emerge.
Queer Abundance – Questioning the norm and being critical of what is taken for granted; honouring that reality is never singular but plural, like our multiple experiences.
Individuality – I am committed to practising supervision in ways that are inclusive, accessible, and affirming to supervisees of all backgrounds, cultures, races, beliefs, sexualities, abilities, and gender identities.
Consultancy, unlike supervision, is typically a one-off rather than a regular process. The principles of my work remain the same as those listed above.
