Reflection – I see supervision as a container where you can take time to reflect on your practice. Being with you, I listen, and will mirror back what I hear of the story you present.
Crucial to supervision is creating a safe space in which trust can develop. This is open to a broad range of professionals from psychotherapists, counsellors and creative arts therapists to teachers, body workers and artists.
Soulful – From Alchemy, the Axiom of Maria reminds us that ‘one becomes two, two becomes three, and out of the third comes the one as the fourth’. The process of supervision invites both of us to reflect on your work, and as a consequence of this reflection new possibilities can emerge.
Individuality – I am committed to practising supervision in ways that are inclusive, accessible and affirming to supervisees from all backgrounds, cultures, races, beliefs, sexualities, abilities and gender identities.
