Drama & Movement Therapy Group - date/time TBC
If you are interested in working in a small group, I offer an embodied, relational and creative practice to support your journey of self-discovery. I offer sessions in a closed group based on Authentic Movement. Authentic Movement is a contemplative movement practice which has evolved within the field of dance movement therapy, and been influenced by Jungian psychology and meditative practice. As in the discipline of mindfulness meditation, we seek to pay attention to our direct experience, moment by moment, witnessing the sensations, feelings, thoughts, images and movement impulses which arise into consciousness.
This group runs over the year and when you make an initial enquiry your name is then placed on a waiting list until the next group of at least 4 people has been established.
To ensure we maintain a safe space it is important to commit to a block of 6 sessions minimum. The price for this is £240 (£40/session).
An initial consultation of 50 minutes is required for taking part in the group. This is charged at £50.
